Most people listen to whatever songs are on the radio or whatever songs show up on the first page of Youtube. Therefore, upcoming music artists are left hungry. Hungry for people to listen to their music. Hungry for feedback on their new songs.

Who makes the best music?

When you consider who makes the best music, signed musicians with an endless music production budget, or upcoming music artists who are scrapping for studio time, who do you think makes the best music?

Those without a true appreciation for music, might say that signed artists with large production budgets come out with the best songs. But those who truly appreciate music and the heart put into every song, would say otherwise. Upcoming music artists by far put more heart and soul into their songs.

We’d love to hear others’ opinions on what music is better… Music from signed artists or music from new music artists. What do you think?

The bloggers (and commenters) have had mixed reactions to Eminem’s Not Afraid song. Of course, the die hard fans are in love with it and the haters are calling it garbage. There were points about the song made by each side (Eminem haters and Eminem lovers).

Eminem haters are claiming that it’s a sub-par song with an “ok” flow, but since it’s Eminem, everyone just gets all crazy about it and treats it like a hit. If someone else had released the song, would it have still been a hit? Also, why is it that every song he comes out with it said to be “his come back” and he’s done with the garbage. You can’t have every song be a come back song.

Eminem supporters argue that Eminem haters are hating on him when he does silly songs like “my name is” but then turn it around and hate on him when he does something serious like the Not Afraid song. Eminem has a wide range of talents and can reach many different audiences. He should be praised for his amazing music success. Not Afraid by Eminem is yet another hit song.

Justin won’t be the only pop culture sensation appearing at the white house for the day after Easter. Bieber will also be joined by the cast of “Glee,” actress Reese Witherspoon, and several others, such as Olympic Skater Apolo Ohno.

All the Way Turnt Up – Music Video

With his solid fanbase in the Northeast rapidly turning into a nationwide following, it’s only a matter of time until this artist inks a major record label deal.

Roscoe’s hit single, “Turnt Up” was not without it’s own drama, however. Many at first thought the song was not made by Roscoe, and was actually made by Travis Porter. Dash has done his best to get the word out that Turnt Up is his song, and Travis Porter (the group) was only featured on the song.

After Soulja Boy was featured on Roscoe’s song, and appeared in a music video with Roscoe, ignorant listeners thought that Soulja Boy had stolen Roscoe Dash’s song. Soulja Boy cleared the rumors up in a frustrated Tweet claiming that Turnt Up was Roscoe Dash’s song and not his. Also claiming that this is why he doesn’t like messing with unsigned artists.

Mike Posner is a very talented musician with a unique voice. Some say he may be the next Justin Timberlake – but let’s hope that Posner is more unique than being a duplicate music success.
